Healthy Kangaroo Burger

What you'll need

  • 500g Kangaroo mince
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Gourmet lettuce leaves
  • Roma tomatoes
  • 4 bread rolls or burger buns

How to cook it

Combine mince, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and coriander. Season. Shape mixture into patties.

Leave in fridge for half an hour

Heat oil in pan on high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook patties for 5mins each side or until juices are hot and clear. Alternatively cook on BBQ.

Fill each roll with salad, Roo patty and serve with bush tomato sauce.
