Easy Kangaroo Souvlaki

What you'll need

  • 500g Kangaroo Souvlaki Style
  • 4 pita bread
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • lettuce leaves
  • Tzatziki dip (store bought)

How to cook it

  1. Preheat frying pan to a high heat.
  2. Drizzle with a little oil.
  3. Place kangaroo strips in to pan and fry for 3 minutes or until nicely browned, turn often.
  4. Serve with warm pita bread, tomato, lettuce, onion and tzatziki.
