Double Kangaroo Cheeseburger

What you'll need

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 burger buns
4 kangaroo meat patties
4 slices of American cheese
Tomato sauce, to serve
American mustard, to serve
1 dill pickle, thinly sliced
1 white onion, finely chopped 

How to cook it

  1. Brush the cut side of the buns with butter and toast in a pan until golden.
  2. Heat oil in another pan over a high heat. Flatten patties in your hands and then fry for 2 Р4 minutes flip and add cheese to the cooked side. Cook for a further 2 Р4 minutes. 
  3. Drizzle tomato sauce and mustard on the toasted buns and top with the cheesy patties. Garnish with pickles and onions and bun. Squash together and serve.
