- Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat.
- Add kangaroo strips in 2 batches, cook for 2 minutes until browned.
- Remove from wok and set aside.
- Add garlic, stir fry mixed vegetable packet and 1/4 cup water, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Return cooked kangaroo to wok.
- Add 2 tablespoons each of soy & oyster sauce, stir until coated.
- Serve with brown rice or noodles.
