Kangaroo Stir Fry

Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions

  • Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add kangaroo strips in 2 batches, cook for 2 minutes until browned.
  • Remove from wok and set aside.
  • Add garlic, stir fry mixed vegetable packet and 1/4 cup water, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
  • Return cooked kangaroo to wok.
  • Add 2 tablespoons each of soy & oyster sauce, stir until coated.
  • Serve with brown rice or noodles.
