Kangaroo Souvlaki Style

Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions

Preheat frying pan to high heat.

Drizzle with a little cooking oil.

Place kangaroo strips into pan and fry for 3 minutes or until nicely browned, turning often.

Serve with warm pita, fresh tomato, lettuce
