What you'll need

500g pack K-ROO Aussie Barbecue Steaks

2 Roma tomatoes, finely diced

½ small red onion, finely diced

½ Lebanese cucumber, finely diced

½ avocado, finely diced juice of a lime

¼ cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped

6 pack wholemeal soft tortillas

½ cup Greek yogurt

How to cook it

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Mix tomato, onion, cucumber, avocado, lime juice and coriander together, set aside.
  3. Cook steaks on preheated barbecue for 4-5 minutes each side.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes under foil before slicing.
  5. Serve soft tortillas with lettuce, salsa, yogurt and sliced steak.
