Kangaroo Schnitzel

What you'll need

500g K-ROO sizzle steak
Oil
1 cup plain flour
1 egg, beaten

Crumb

1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
50g grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper

How to cook it

  1. In a bowl, combine panko, crushed cornflakes, smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each piece of kangaroo in flour, then dip into the beaten egg. Press firmly into the crumb mixture to achieve an even coating.
  3. Heat neutral oil in a pan to approximately 180°C. Cook schnitzels for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Serve with your favourite gravy, air-fried chips and a fresh side salad. Finish with extra Parmesan if desired.
